Pay1 Merchant, Pragati Capital, Pay1 Digi, Channel Partner, Pay1 Force are an application (hereinafter referred to as
“Pay1 Apps or Pay1” )
or any other future product/app developed by Mindsarray Network Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at 221, Raheja's Metroplex (IJIMIMA), Link Road, Malad West, Mumbai – 400064,India. PAY1 recognizes the expectations of its customers/User with regard to privacy, confidentiality and security of their personal information that resides with PAY1.This Privacy Policy provides you with details about the manner in which your data is collected, stored & used by us. By visiting PAY1 website/WAP site/applications, mobile application, (collectively referred as website/App) you expressly give us consent to use & disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. usage exists, after which the same is disposed off by us except for any record retention

per applicable law.

the deletion of an account. Further, in the event of the pendency of any legal/regulatory

or receipt of any legal and/or regulatory direction to that effect, we may be required by

We provide all users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving
non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications from us on behalf of our partners,

from us in general, after setting up an account.
