Job Description :

    The position reports to the Head Marketing and is responsible for drafting, editing & releasing web content, blogs, video content related to events and activities conducted either at PAY1 or wherever the brand is involved.
    The role requires being abreast with:
  • the latest trends in areas of interest of our select target groups
  • best practices in the industry
  • efficient means of reaching out effectively across various media to the chosen target audiences
  • The incumbent shall regularly research, assess and analyze market trends and adapt the communication messages accordingly.
  • He or she shall create/edit documents such as advertisements, marketing collaterals and constantly update the website & our presence in social media platforms.

Skills Required :

  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Editing skills
  • Proficiency in effective use of social media and in handling related performance indicators

Education :

Any degree in English, communications, public relations, journalism or related disciplines desirable.

Experience :

Minimum 2-5 years working in the content field, inclination towards literature and creative writing, someone with marketing flair would be an apt choice. Editorial staff of written media (in-house journals, newspapers, magazines, etc. will be preferred).

  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Responsible for managing lead generation through Digital marketing & Social media.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.​
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
  • Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
  • Continual training and development of all members of the sales department.
  • Attending key meetings with members of the sales team.
  • Reporting on progress towards sales KPI’s.
  • Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
  • Attending monthly meetings with other senior members of the business.
  • All aspects of recruitment and selection for the sales department.
  • Acting as a spokesperson for the organisation at sales events and conferences.
  • Networking with other directors in order to generate new business for the company.
  • Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
